- Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Research Associate I for the Department of Emergency Medicine at the New Jersey Medical School. Under direction, The Research Associate I, is responsible for the conduct of high-quality research in conjunction with faculty in the field of
Emergency Medicine.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:

- Designs and conducts highly specialized and technical research.
- Participates in the development and refining of research protocols using appropriate methodology in conjunction with faculty, residents, and students.
- Participates in the development of research ideas and translates them into executable research protocols.
- Participates in the preparation of presentations (poster preparation/slides) of completed research at various forums.
- Participates in the gathering of data, analysis and interpretation related to quality initiatives of the department.
