Clinic Manager for a moderate sized private practice mental health clinic.

The clinic manager works closely with and is supervised by MPA partners. Together they work to implement strategic goals for the clinic as established by the partnership. The clinic manager is expected to function independently within the framework outlined by the MPA partners. They are responsible for leading the daily and administrative functions of an outpatient clinic which is currently using both in-person and telehealth treatment modalities.

Principal responsibilities include operations, managing of staff and resources, facilitating research and education, and maintaining compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations in a flexible and personalized way.

The role establishes quality improvement efforts to support the delivery of patient and family focused care and knowledge-based decision making as the framework for superior care. The Clinic Manager facilitates genuine relationships throughout the clinic through enhancing communication, coordination, and collaboration among disciplines. This allows identification, planning, and provision of high quality, cost-effective and compassionate care. The Clinic Manager is a resource within the clinic to help achieve a balance between clinician independence and group cooperation.

The manager will both oversee and participate in the following tasks:
**1. Clinical Practice and Leadership**

a. Lead the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services.

b. Lead the clinic to maintain high levels of patient, provider, and staff satisfaction.

c. Identify opportunities to increase quality, safety, effectiveness, and efficiency.

d. Identify indicators to measure, evaluate, and improve care.

e. Develop a strong, collaborative relationship with the clinic partnership.

**2. Personnel Resource Management**

a. Direct and evaluate the clinic’s workforce in terms of overall staffing and scheduling needs.

b. Be the direct point person for recruitment and hiring of staff members who are supportive of service excellence and quality patient care.

c. Develop and modify staffing models in conjunction with patient care needs.

d. Oversee the completion/monitoring of staff competencies.

e. Engage in ongoing feedback as to the effectiveness of staff members in their roles.

**3. Resource Management**

a. Prepare operating budgets, including volume projections and expense and revenue estimates. Analyze and monitor actual budget performance and address variances.

b. Institute necessary modifications to procedures and department resource commitments as financial changes dictate.

c. Develop and monitor a system for timely, accurate charge entry and reconciliation.

d. Stay abreast of new technology in supplies and equipment and evaluate for quality or cost improvements.

e. Prepare documentation and participate in evaluation and acquisition of capital equipment and supplies.

**4. Facility Management**

a. Provide facility management/oversight as defined by clinic operations administration.

b. Facilitate and participate in renovation, new clinic development, and facility planning and construction.

c. Evaluate office utilization and make recommendations for improvements.

**To Apply**:
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
