As an Entry Level Account Representative, you'll play a crucial role as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Educating and qualifying consumers on our services, products, and packages
- Enrolling members in appropriate plans tailored to their needs
- Handling difficult conversations with empathy and discretion
- Meeting performance goals in effectiveness, efficiency, and consumer satisfaction
- Staying current on process changes through meetings and training sessions
- Utilizing community services and resources to maximize customer support

To excel in this role, you'll need:

- High School Diploma and relevant experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Service
- Reliable transportation for on-site training
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Empathetic demeanor and ability to handle high-stress scenarios
- Adaptability to change and a passion for excellence
- Trustworthiness and respect for confidentiality
