As a Legal Site Leader, you will Supervise the day-to-day operations of a specified 1 to 3 person site within a legal environment, making sure the workflow is going as expected and presenting reports to upper management about weekly and monthly goals. In case workflow required, also supports the site operations with the following office functions: copy, production, and scanning, fax, mail, and shipping, hospitality assistance, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- +2 year of related work experience (supervisor, manager, etc).
- Prior experience within the legal industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

**Job Type**:Full-time (1 shift).

**Pay Range**: $18 - $22 /hr.

**Schedule**:

- Shift: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm).

**Duties**:

- Familiar with legal records management processes (closing binders, depositions, etc.).
- Ensure jobs are completed according to quality standards (also ensuring the deadlines are met).
- Meet training objectives and follows up on employee training progress and performance.
- Complete required reports and other paperwork.
- Motivate employees and recognize accomplishments in a timely manner.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
