**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Engagement and Customer Service:

- Provide high-quality customer service to both scheduled appointments and walk-in clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Listen to clients' needs, provide feedback, and follow up on sales.
- Engage in planning and executing in-store events.
- Design and Consultation:

- Source materials for clients through samples, vendor websites, and price books.
- Organize design ideas and communicate with contractors, installers, architects, and designers.
- Assist clients at warehouses with countertop and slab selection.
- Administrative Duties:

- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure design areas are stocked.
- Schedule client meetings using Google Calendar and internal CRMs.
- Administer the sales process and track orders.
- Create a strategic sales plan and track customer interactions.
- Collaboration and Growth:

- Work with management to build relationships with architects, designers, and contractors.
- Participate in educational courses and research new vendors.
- Help coordinate and attend events organized by management.
