Job Summary:
The products are electronic, networking, and computing devices and related accessories.

Key Responsibilities:
Receiving Shipments: Unloading products from incoming trucks, verifying the accuracy of shipments by checking for discrepancies, and signing off on deliveries.

Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing inventory levels using inventory management systems, performing cycle counts, and organizing stock within the warehouse.

Warehouse Operations: Storing received goods in appropriate locations within the warehouse, maintaining an organized and efficient storage system, and ensuring the warehouse is clean and safe.

Picking and Packing: Retrieving products from the warehouse to fulfill customer orders, packing goods for shipment, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of orders.

Shipping: Preparing shipping documents, such as invoices and packing slips, coordinating with carriers for pickups, tracking shipments until delivery, and updating databases according to the shipping progress.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Utilizing ERP and other software tools, updating databases with incoming and outgoing product information, maintaining records of inventory levels, and processing paperwork.

Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping details, and product availability. May also involve processing returns or exchanges.

Compliance: Ensuring all logistics activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards, Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements..

Supply Chain Coordination: Communicating with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers to ensure smooth operation of the supply chain.

Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues that arise during the shipping or receiving process, such as damaged goods or delivery delays.

Supporting other teams within the company and affiliated companies.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics or a related field is a plus.

years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or similar role.

Familiarity with inventory software, databases, and systems.

Strong working knowledge of logistics and inventory management practices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Good communication skills and a team player mindset.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
