Paradigm Press Group, a leading independent publisher of investment research, is seeking a Managing Editor to join our team and make a significant impact.

As a Managing Editor, you will be a key player in shaping our editorial content, crafting compelling articles that help our audience navigate the complexities of the markets and the world around them. Your work will be instrumental in driving our business forward, as you collaborate with our analysts, copywriters, and marketers to identify and capitalize on the most promising opportunities for our audience. You need to be able to own the process from beginning to end.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Writing high-impact articles for our e-letters and paid products that engage and inform our audience.
- Collaborating with Analysts and Copy Writers to produce compelling sales letter fulfillment that drives conversions.
- Overseeing content production for multiple newsletters, tracking product performance, ensuring writers meet deadlines, and coordinating with design and video teams to deliver top-quality issues, videos, and reports.
- Enhancing our customer experience by continuously updating and optimizing welcome materials, reports, and other resources.
- Exceptional interpersonal, reading, writing, editing and (over)communication skills via slack and in person
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong time-management skills
- An interest in the financial markets and investing
- Are independent thinkers and can critically think to problem solve
- Are flexible to complete other duties as assigned
