Field Superintendent

We are looking for an individual with experience in new build residential construction supervision, as we are a residential shell company with a range of work from concrete, block, and framing.
- Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties.
- Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to.
- Acting as the main point of communication between the main field and the office.
- Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met
- Scheduling deliveries and subcontractors to job sites
- Salary based on experience

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or GED.
- Proven experience supervising field operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Sound knowledge of contract terms and pricing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to keep a timely and precise schedule
- Ability to understand and read residential plans

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
