Job Overview:
**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, including OSHA standards
- Manage subcontractors and ensure they deliver on time and within budget
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Utilize construction management software such as Prolog and Primavera for project tracking
- Oversee project progress, resolve issues, and report updates to management
- Utilize tools like Bluebeam for efficient project documentation

**Skills**:

- Proficient in blueprint reading for accurate project execution
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations for maintaining a safe work environment
- Experience in supervising construction projects from inception to completion
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring quality control
- Familiarity with construction management software like Prolog and Primavera
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and management

Pay: $23.34 - $28.11 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
