**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities To Anticipate**:

- Manages a team of 4 - 6 analysts
- Sets day-to-day operational objectives for direct reports.
- This is a “working manager” position. Approximately 25% - 45% of weekly work schedule is devoted to report generation, high level analysis, and staff management. Remaining work time will be used to support direct program activities as an independent contributor.
- Sets material and assembly priorities with factory management, value stream leads, and program management to ensure adherence to Master Production Schedule (MPS).
- Assists direct reports in coordinating efforts with quality, manufacturing engineering and other support groups to process discrepant material in a timely fashion.
- This position does not have budget or P&L accountability, but the prospective hire may assist in managing day-to-day elements of the budget (e.g., overtime for staff, purchasing consumables for team)
- Provides primary input to hiring, firing, promotion, and reward allocations decisions for direct reports.
- Takes business goals and works with staff to set individual goals that align with overall objectives.
- Supports multiple (1-2) daily factory tier meetings speaking on behalf of the department.
- Communicates with parties within and outside of own team on a daily basis.
- This is an onsite role.

**Basic** **Qualifications**:

- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Previous management, supervisor, team lead experience.
- Previous work experience in manufacturing or distribution center environment.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Planning and Production Control.
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.

**Onsite**: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
