We’re on the hunt for a junior-mid level social media professional to take our team by meme-storm, nourish our client crops, and most importantly, produce immaculate vibes.

Now onto the tangibles:
You’ll be creating **organic content** for our clients on a monthly basis. We require a strong, personable **writing** background. If you “get” internet culture, you’ll get us. And if your ideas go crazy, we’ll go crazy for you. A design background isn’t necessary, but basic skills in Canva or comparable image and video editing software is a huge plus—especially with **vertical video** (e.g. TikTok). Most of this content will be made for Facebook, Instagram, and Tikok, but some may be used for digital ads, blogs, radio, etc. You will NOT be programming digital ads or blogs. That’s a separate department. Whew.

A few more things: You’ll be handling **community management** and **community building** for clients with existing audiences, and ones who need to establish them. This includes a strategic cocktail of **customer service**, clapbacks, **social listening**, and monitoring platforms for activity so we can jump on opportunities, or create them. To organize everything, you’ll be using a social media management software for monthly calendar planning.

Outside of these specific tasks, you’ll be working with a scrappy team of writers, designers, and video editors who all wear a lot of hats. Everyone contributes to the Idea Pool for campaigns, branding projects, and the like. And lastly, you may be included on production sets for commercials, live events, and whatever else we cook up.

**Working Conditions**:
On location in Souderton, PA — remote work unavailable, but flex schedules may be accommodated.

**Salary**:
$50-65k based on experience

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism, OR a strong portfolio of creative work
- Experience as a Social Media Coordinator, Manager, or similar role
- Proficiency in using social media management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and basic video editing skills
- Creative thinking to ideate and riff off other people’s ideas
- Passion for social media and staying informed about the latest cultural trends

Portfolios, websites, or other examples of work are strongly encouraged.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
