Title: SharePoint Administrator

Location: Phoenix, AZ.. (Onsite)

Work Authorization: USC/ GC only (W2)

**Job Description**:

- Manage /Administer Microsoft (0365) SharePoint Online/On-premises.
- Maintain Code-repositories and versioning for all the custom code.
- Support Agile PM processes for planning and prioritizing development tasks Provide monitoring and issue resolution support to the Help Desk Support Team Serve as a SME in MS SharePoint and supporting technologies for the M365 Platform Perform migration on SharePoint Online as necessary using Sharegate or a similar tool.
- Primary involvement in establishing SharePoint Online Governance.
- Increase platform efficiencies and functionalities by implementing automation where it can be applied.
- Assist with change management & adoption, user enablement, user device configurations & Deployment, and lifecycle governance and security.

- To administer SharePoint sites and maintain site collections.
- To monitor site usage and performance, and to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- To manage user permissions and access levels for SharePoint sites.
- To create and maintain documentation for SharePoint administration procedures.
- To train new users on how to use SharePoint effectively.
- Role as a SME for SP and other MS products in a professional setting Previous experience in the Criminal Justice System

Education Required:

- HS Equivalent diploma or GED Associate Degree

Education Preferred:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or Criminal Justice fields

Work hours:

- 7 am or 8 am to 4 pm or 5 pm

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
