**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to elevate our firm and clients' businesses.
- Conduct thorough market research to discern emerging trends and lucrative opportunities.
- List-building
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and optimize marketing collateral.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics meticulously, leveraging data insights to steer decision-making.
- Respond to inquiries online, calls and in-person visits and offer services and reservations.
- Effectively manage marketing budgets, allocating resources judiciously.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and pioneering marketing practices.
- Play a key role in the design, coordination and execution of on-site retreats.

**Experience**:

- Proven track record as a Marketing Manager or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing and driving sales growth.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with design platforms such as Canva, Square Space, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical acumen, adept at deriving actionable insights from data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Budgeting proficiency with a knack for resource optimization.
- Prior experience in event planning, promotion, and facilitation, including retreats.
- Understanding of advertising compliance within regulated industries (e.g., securities, legal) is advantageous.

**Join Our Team**:
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
