**Key Job Duties**:

- GREAT TYPING ability is a must.
- Organize and later communicate with team members client location and job information.
- Assist in maintaining the inventory of job materials and supplies and ordering as needed. - After getting the projects, we have to get everything together to sucessfully complete the job, day by day.

**Necessary Skills and Experience**:

- Strong computer skills including but not limited to Excel and Outlook.
- Experience providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Minimum high school or equivalent education.

**BonusPoints**:

- Experience with construction permits.
- Spanish proficiency
- Some Quickbooks experience is a plus, but not required.

Relevant experiences may come from these past roles such as: office administrator ,office manager, admin, dispatcher, scheduler, inventory, data entry, sales, service desk, customer service advisor, comfort advisor, business coordinator, wharehouse, amazon, logistics, inventory

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
