**Responsibilities**:
**Academic Administrative Support**:Provides administrative support around developing policies and processes that advance the academic programs, curriculum, and other academic support services for Center graduate and undergraduate students. Implements and administers these policies and procedures, coordinating across curricula. Disseminates information in regard to UF’s regulations, policies and procedures. Assists in the preparation of curriculum committee forms and tracking of the courses through the approvals process; updates and reminds faculty of deadlines as required. Provides administrative support for the establishment and implementation of well-defined metrics for curricular success. Researches and compiles data for the purposes of evaluating academic programs’ progress in order to achieve program objectives. Assists faculty, staff, and leadership with identifying and addressing curricular issues, such as identifying areas where course content could be improved to set students up for more success in subsequent courses and/or practicum placement and confirming that courses are being offered at the most beneficial pace/timing.

Coordinates the logistics, including course and room scheduling, necessary to implement teaching assignments made by the Director. Provides administrative support around developing policies and procedures related to student conduct and academic integrity, ensuring that the department is in compliance with institutional policies and regulations.

Coordinates Student Learning Outcomes (SLO) assessment and reporting annually for graduate and undergraduate programs, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner. This requires collecting and organizing course data that is tied to programmatic and learning outcomes and providing to leadership as needed. Assists in coordinating and scheduling annual reviews of students in the program.

Completes faculty assignment reports and facilitates the completion of effort reports. Ensures Supervisory Committee and the Graduate Information Management System (GIMS) information and graduate and undergraduate student files are accurate.

**Other Administrative Support**:Assists the Director in the establishment of effective strategies, policies and procedures that support achievement of the Center’s strategic plan, tracking and documenting progress on the strategic plan.

Represents the Center at COTA Executive Committee and other college or university functions when the Director is unavailable

May track expenses and assist with budget planning for three academic program budgets.

**Expected Salary**:
$70,000 with a comprehensive and highly competitive leave and benefits package

**Minimum Requirements**:
Master’s degree and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. That would equate to a bachelor’s degree and five years of administrative experience.

- 5+ years of administrative experience in higher education and/or arts in healthcare.
- High capacity for understanding, navigating, and communicating the new policies, business processes, and procedures of a large, complex, constantly evolving institution.
- Evidence of establishing and maintaining productive working relationships on a variety of teams.
- Successful experience facilitating the resolution of differing viewpoints to settle on a course of action.
- Evidence of fiscal management experience.
- Evidence of skill in designing and facilitating administrative work that advances curiosity, inclusion, open discourse, and the well-being of all in an environment of complex diversities.
