**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning**:

- Create detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

**Execution and Monitoring**:

- Lead project activities and tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues; work proactively to address challenges and keep projects on track.
- Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks.

**Communication**:

- Facilitate communication among team members (clients and internal team), stakeholders, and management.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Organize and archive project files for future reference.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough reviews of project deliverables to ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining project management best practices.
- Ability to explain complicated concepts to clients in an effective manner, ensuring their
satisfaction with the service.
- Engage the client wireless carrier for help when necessary.
- Communicate with internal teams (sales, helpdesk. Depot etc) to maintain
strategic alignment in our shared interaction with clients.

**Your Key Qualities and Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Project management methodologies.
- High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to work effectively with mínimal supervision.
- 4-year degree and/or equivalent project management experience
