Job Overview:
We are precast concrete manufacturing facility looking for a scheduling assistant. We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Scheduler.

**Duties**:

- Accurately input orders
- Manage and update appointment calendars
- Confirm appointments with customers
- Handle incoming calls related to scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and cancellations

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Salesforce
- Experience in front desk or administrative roles
- Knowledge of basic office systems
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
