- Assists in providing basic healthcare services according to the individual's plan ensuring each individual's optimal health and wellbeing.
- Performs tasks as delegated, such as blood pressure monitoring, weights, and other assigned tasks.
- Ensures all documentation is accurate and complete according to regulations.
- Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of supplies and equipment, ensuring restocking of inventory.
- Collaborates with Direct Support Professionals to ensure that the needs of the individuals are being met.
- Communicates immediately any changes in medical or behavioral status to supervisor.
- Provides quality nursing/medical services in accordance with regulatory requirements in a timely, dignified and least restrictive manner
- Ensures lab, medical appointments, follow up visits and treatments occur within required time frames
- Monitors and reviews all required documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Communicate positively and collaboratively with all disciplines and team members
- Proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal) is required as this job entails direct care of adults and children receiving services. Employees are required to communicate, both orally and in writing, with staff and others regarding medical care, supports, and services. This requirement includes the ability to effectively communicate in English including medical terminology.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Supervisor works in collaboration with the Director of Health Services, Physician Assistant, Residential Director and Area Director.
- RN Supervisor will assist with recruitment, orientation of New Hire(s), training and supervision of clinical staff.
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
