**Responsibilities**:

- As a store Store Manager, you support the store entire team to maintain our brand by delivering awesome service, selection, and value to our customers.
- You will oversee cashiers, stock associates, and sales associates, and act as the Manager-on-duty in the absence of a store manager.
- Your primary goal will be to provide an awesome experience for our customers, everyday, all the time.

**Job description**

You will
- **Provide customer service by greeting and establishing a relationship with customers while educating them about what we sell.**:

- Create and foster a sales-focused environment through the development of team members with a steady but consistent coaching style that promotes quality performance by having high expectations and supporting team members to achieve those expectations.
- **Open and close the store.**:

- **Oversee cashier, merchandising, and sales floor activities**:

- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to become familiar with our store products.
- **Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, kitchen, bathroom, etc.**

What we're looking for
- 21 years of age or older
- **Ability to work a full-time schedule as business requires**:

- **Physical Requirements (with or without accommodations) ** Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day **Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly**

Pay: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
