**Job Profile Summary**

Computer Aid, incorporated, a leader in IT services and solutions has an immediate, long-term opening for experienced Desktop Support Technicians in the Wilmington, MA market. The Desktop Support Technician will be performing a variety of general support tasks within an established IT infrastructure.

Position is onsite 5 days a week

We are looking for a **Desktop Support Analyst.** This position will be **full-time **and **onsite. **This is a long-term assignment.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide VIP Support for client's executives
- Possesses technical acumen to independently navigate and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Collaborate with the IT department when necessary to address more complex technical challenges.
- Facilitate seamless execution of executive meetings by setting up audio-visual equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth and productive meeting experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Act as a liaison between executives and The IT Org.
- Display confidence and professionalism when interacting with executives and team members. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Take a proactive stance in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Anticipate needs and provide solutions before issues arise.
- Demonstrate a strong desire and eagerness to learn. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices. Adapt quickly to new technologies and tools as needed.

**Physical Demands**
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
- Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
- Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor

Pay: From $57,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
