The Bistro at our Courtyard is a chic, fast-casual concept restaurant offering an eclectic menu including a variety of refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down fare including cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. Our Bistro Team Members master a wide variety of food & beverage functions, from serving coffee and other beverages (including alcohol), to preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food. You’re welcoming by nature and have a knack for remembering details. You’re happiest when juggling tasks and getting it right is important to you. You have a flair for taste tempting, the gift of persuasion, and an aim to please. Your excellent service and genuine care is appreciated, which guests immediately recognize and reward.

As a Bistro Manager, you will
-        Direct day to day operations of the Bistro.
-        Manage the staff in the bistro in order to attract, retain and motivate the team. To include scheduling, training, develop, empower, coach, and counsel staff as needed.
-        Resolves problems, provide open communications and recommend discipline and termination as appropriate.  Resolves employee and guest-related problems.
-        Ensure an optimal level of service, quality and hospitality are provided to the guests.
-        Performs duties of all positions within the department as needed.
-        Maintain inventory controls of food and beverage including ordering.
-        Ensuring brand standards are followed.

**Requirements**:

-        Minimum 1-year food and beverage experience
-        Minimum 1-year supervisory experience
