Koch Capabilities, LLC, is seeking a Legal Coordinator to provide legal support to our legal professionals, attorneys, and businesses, across our Intellectual Property, Litigation, Environmental Health & Safety, Compliance and Labor, Employment & Benefits practice areas.

**What You Will Do**
- Provide support to legal professionals and attorneys on a wide variety of legal matters.
- Maintain accurate data in the Intellectual Property Docketing Database (MMT)
- Navigate, reference, and collect materials from the United States Patent and Trademark Office and World Intellectual Property Organization databases.
- Onboard and offboard IP Capability members from various information sources.
- Assist with legal hold interviews and preparation of legal holds.
- At the direction of legal case teams, conduct discovery from initial fact investigation and witness interviews through answering discovery requests and organizing/executing document productions.
- Participate in document reviews conducted in conjunction with anticipated document productions.
- Perform legal research, utilizing Lexis+. Utilize Microsoft programs and technological tools.
- Interact with internal clients and outside counsel, coordinate, and exchange information at various phases of case management.
- Draft routine documents for legal review.
- Perform special projects as assigned.
- Manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environment with mínimal supervision.
