This role will provide key insights on surgical treatment trends and business performance through analysis of market, business and clinical data from multiple internal and external sources. This person will be a key member of the Strategic Insights team of the Surgical Structural Heart business unit and will have close collaboration with Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Medical and Clinical Affairs as well as senior leadership and other business units within Edwards. Attention to detail and ability to conduct multiple analyses in parallel is required.

**How you'll make an impact**:

- Analyze internal and external data based on senior management requests and Strategy & BD deliverables
- Update dashboards, analyses and presentations on market/clinical trends to provide insights for driving business decisions
- Aggregate data from different internal and external data sources and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in functions such as Pipeline / US / Global Downstream Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and Medical and Clinical Affairs
- Identify issues and provide recommendations for process improvement

**What you'll need (required)**:
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in analytics and dashboard creation, related work Required
Experience working in a medical device and/or regulated industry Preferred

- Experience working in a medical device and/or regulated industry Preferred
- Knowledge of database, data warehousing or data sciences
- Experience in documenting data flows, business processes, PowerPoint presentations
- Strong computer skills including related tools and systems such as Excel, SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to speak to varying levels across the organization
- Solid understanding of advanced analytics and using an structured analytical approach to answering key questions
- Ability to learn about clinical practice, patient characteristics, and procedures where our products and therapies are used
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
- Travel (day and overnight by car, air, train, etc.) will vary. Percentage of time is determined by Management

For California, the base pay range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 (highly experienced).
