**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of specialized experience in curriculum design, however, bachelor’s degree from an accredited university will be considered equivalent to four (4) years of specialized experience.
- Experience with Instructional Design and e-Learning tools (i.e. Captivate, Articulate 360, etc)
- NAVSEA Security Cooperation experience is desired.
- Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience is desired.
- Experienced in using video and graphic tools (i.e. Photoshop, Captivate, etc.)
- Experienced in adult learning and creating content utilizing technology.
- Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 experience.
