Customer Service Representative

Wolky is a family-owned quality fashion comfort brand. Established in 1983 in the Netherlands and since the early 90’s owning a sales-distribution center in Tempe, AZ.

This position requires individual interaction with online customers, developing relationships, and substantial knowledge of products sold. Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer-friendly environment which includes, educating the customer on the sales process, assessing the customer's needs, and locating products that closely match their specified color or shoe.

Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
- Contribute to team effort by accepting additional customer and/or system related responsibilities as necessary

**Qualifications**:
A high-school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience in a customer service position or experience that provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities is preferred.

Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Strong competency using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, and Excel
- Previous WordPress experience or knowledge preferred

This part-time position is flexible on the number of hours worked and time. Hours of operation 8-4:30 M-F, pay starts at $18.50 per hour.
