**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Conduct site inspections to assess project scope and identify potential challenges.

**Team Management**:

- Lead and supervise project teams, including subcontractors and on-site workers.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring team members understand and adhere to project plans.
- Provide training and support to team members as needed.

**Budget and Cost Management**:

- Monitor project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Approve and track project expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment.

**Quality Control and Assurance**:

- Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and effectively.

**Client Relations**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project status, progress, and any changes or delays to clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, financials, and any potential risks.
- Prepare final project reports and conduct post-project evaluations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in residential construction or exterior services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Working Conditions**:

- The position requires frequent travel to project sites within the designated region.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions and navigate construction sites safely.
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
