Fleet Administrator

**Highlights of what our Construction Fleet Administrator will do**:

- Provides administrative support to the fleet manager of the organization
- Performs confidential clerical functions for the fleet manager and the yard
- Ensure customers, vendors, and employees are handled in a professional and courteous manner
- Assists with DMV vehicle registrations, licensing, and regulations
- Assists with the administration of the fuel tracking system and reports of employee usage
- Oversees operations of rental equipment including allocation to jobs for daily costing
- Assist with equipment rentals and managing shop inventory
- Process purchase orders for shop supplies/inventory and equipment rentals
- Supports in other areas as required and assists with special projects as necessary

**Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as a Construction Fleet Administrator will include, but not limited to**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; or one to three years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
- Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Knowledge of basic formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge and experience with Sage/Timberline, Paperless, and/or Fleetio is a plus
- Adaptable to changes in the work environment with the ability to manage competing demands or unexpected events in a very fast-paced environment

**Salary, Perks and Pluses**:
