**$300-$500 sign-on bonus**

**Qualifications**
- Current CPR Certification
- Level 2 Background Screening
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid Auto Insurance
- 1 year of home care experience (Personal care, dementia care, homemaking)
- High school diploma

**Willing to obtain**:

- Certified Home Health Aide or CNA License
- Current CPR Certification
- Level 2 Background Screening

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Complete daily personal care
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Transportation and accompaniment
- Shopping and errands
- Conversation and company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
