- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage to minimize waste.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service, drive sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle financial tasks such as budgeting, sales reporting, and payroll.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
- Liaise with upper management or franchise owners, providing regular updates and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new strategies as necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the fast food industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in business management and financial principles.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
