**The Service Manager is RESPONSIBLE for**:
- Setting goals for Service Department improvement
- Identifying areas where improvements in performance will produce the greatest gain in customer satisfaction.
- Increased profits through improved customer loyalty and retention.
- Hiring, Training, Motivating, & Monitoring Service Department Productivity
**_ Employees in this position will be paid a base salary, plus commissions. Commission amounts vary based on performance, with the expected average annual earnings of _**_$125,000 to $225,000._**
