Front Desk Manager
Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism at the front desk.
- Supervise and train front desk staff on procedures and protocols.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Oversee office management tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records.
- Utilize computer systems effectively for tasks such as booking appointments and managing schedules.
- Plan and execute events or special projects as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a front desk management role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated computer literacy for various office tasks.
- Strong leadership skills
- Flexibility in schedule
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
