The Housekeeping department at Hilton University of Florida is seeking a detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this fast-paced role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have clean, fresh linens and towels throughout their stay.

**What you'll do**:

- Operate washing machines and dryers, ensuring proper washing, drying, and storage of laundry.
- Measure and dispense cleaning agents according to product specifications.
- Monitor laundry loads, identify any irregularities, and report issues to your supervisor.
- Empty laundry chutes, pre-sort and separate linens, and transport them to designated workstations.
- Utilize folding equipment to efficiently handle large quantities of linens.
- Press duvets, pillowcases, and other linens as needed.
- Separate out laundry requiring repairs or special stain removal.
- Set and monitor drying times based on different types of linen.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with laundry inventories and restock linen shelves.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests regarding laundry services.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to your supervisor via HotSOS.
- Be a team player and collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth laundry operations.
