**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and produce high-quality video content that aligns with our brand standards and storytelling goals.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to enhance and refine video projects.
- Incorporate motion graphics and sound design to elevate video productions.
- Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and deliver on creative vision.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of final products.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our productions cutting-edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong demo reel showcasing storytelling talent.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Skills in motion graphics and sound design.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and competing priorities.
- Driven, self-motivated, and passionate about video production.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with color grading and correction.
- Knowledge of 3D animation and visual effects.
- Familiarity with live streaming and multi-camera editing.
- Experience with developing and/or managing a post-production process.
- Familiarity and experience with emerging AI editing tools.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Alexandria, VA 22314: Relocate before starting work (required)
