Job Description: In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Engineering.
Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Engineering business solutions.
Strategically engage with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

7 plus years of Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Additional Skills:

4 plus years' experience developing enterprise applications with Rust.
4 plus years of experience developing smart contracts on CosmWasm, Solidity, and/or Solana.
A deep understanding of DeFi and crypto financial concepts.
Experience deploying complex smart contracts that have been used on mainnet of a top blockchain.
A deep understanding of one or more smart contract platforms including CosmWasm and Solan.
Experience with implementing complex math in smart contracts.
Experience with DeFi testing, security, or auditing.
