Senior Level Senior Accountant
ProSidian is seeking a Senior Level Senior Accountant for program support on a contract basis located in Charlotte, NC across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).
This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Senior Accountant Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
Job Overview
Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Senior Level Senior Accountant) in the Government and Public Services Industry Sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA). Generally located in CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (of country/world).
Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee daily accounting activities.
- Manage staff and ensure timely closings.
- Develop and enforce accounting policies.
Qualifications
- 7+ years accounting experience, 3+ years leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
- Leadership, financial analysis, accounting system expertise.
- Decision-making, integrity, strategic thinking.
- Manages audit preparation and coordination.
- Oversees special financial projects.
- Collaborates with senior leadership for financial planning.
