The Fisher Organization is looking for motivated, coachable people to join us as Leadership Development Representatives. This entry-level role combines hands-on sales experience with structured training, with a path toward team leadership as you grow. No prior sales experience is required.
What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective clients and customers by phone, video, and email
- Learn our products and services and explain them clearly to the people you speak with
- Manage your own pipeline, follow-ups, and daily activity goals
- Take part in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship
- Build skills in communication, negotiation, and team leadership
- Work toward leadership responsibilities as you meet performance milestones
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and listening skills
- A self-starter who works well independently in a remote setting
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and improve
- Comfort with video calls and standard online tools
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
- A high school diploma or equivalent (degree not required)
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-facing experience
- Experience in sales, recruiting, or team leadership (not required)
