REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in patent preparation and prosecution as a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney. * Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required; Advanced degree and/or industry experience in electrical engineering preferred. * Substantial patent drafting and prosecution experience for semiconductor technologies required. * Must be a registered patent agent before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. * Patent Attorney candidates must be admitted to the CA state bar * Strong academic credentials. * Strong technical writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and accurate patent applications. * Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. * Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
