Kilpatricks Electronics & Software Team is seeking a full-time USPTO-registered patent prosecution Team Attorney experienced in preparing and prosecuting software-related applications.
This position is an alternative to traditional partnership-track positions, and has a lower billable hour requirement. No. and possess a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. Prefer education or patent prosecution work experience related to software technologies such as cloud, security encryption, AI, bioinformatics, mobile applications, databases, and networking. Transcripts and patent prosecution writing samples will be requested. Patent Attorney would ideally be based in either our Denver, CO or San Francisco, CA offices.
