As a Resident Experience Ambassador , you will join a passionate team dedicated to nurturing belonging in our apartment communities. This role serves as a pathway to leasing and community management opportunities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Elevate the customer service experience for existing and prospective residents in accordance with our service standards.
Engage with residents, guests, and vendors to solve problems and provide timely assistance.
Maintain organized records, secure and retrieve packages, and provide office support.
Contribute to resident satisfaction and retention with smiles, empathy, and a commitment to team goals.
Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in dealings with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts.
Champion company values and operational standards.
Own your path to professional development and advancement.

The hourly range for this role is $17.42 - $27.37 (subject to experience)
Additional Compensation: This role may be eligible for monthly and annual bonus programs, including leasing commissions and renewal bonuses.
