Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed medical records summaries and legal chronologies Draft and summarize deposition transcripts and related documentation Handle subpoenas and manage medical record requests Coordinate Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), including records submission Conduct legal research and assist with case analysis Support attorneys with insurance defense case preparation Maintain organized, accurate case files and documentation Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts Benefits This position offers weekly pay and earned wage access, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and short-term disability coverage.
