Daily Responsibilities: Oversee restaurant operations to ensure food quality and front of house service Manage restaurant staff and maintain high standards of guest service Ensure quality of service by resolving complaints and maintaining sanitation standards Handle cash transactions, staffing, and inventory stocking Implement cost management strategies and maintain food safety standards Required Skills: Experience in restaurant management with a focus on guest service ServSafe Certified with knowledge of food safety regulations Ability to manage costs and maintain sanitation standards Experience in complaint resolution and staff supervision Proficient in cash handling and inventory management Company Information: At The Carrington, we believe positive living helps residents remain as self-reliant as possible-even when health challenges arise.
