Litigation Attorney

The Workers' Rights Law Group LLP, a division of Carothers & Hauswirth LLP, concentrating in Plaintiff side employment law and litigation, has opportunities for attorneys with 4 to 8 years of litigation experience in its Irwin/Westmoreland County office. Responsibilities of this position include: Apply promptly A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV. * Substantial interaction with clients and opposing parties; * Conducting legal research; * Drafting pleadings, substantive legal position letters and discovery; * Conducting depositions; * Representing clients in mediations, court proceedings and other administrative hearings; and * Substantial collaboration with internal attorneys and staff to manage significant caseload. Excellent writing skills, an ability to handle a high volume of case files, and a commitment to providing superior legal service are basic qualifications. Compensation packages are commensurate with experience and include bonus structure and benefits (health benefits, 401(k)). *Requirements:* * Admitted to practice in PA, admission to the OH, WV, NJ, and/or NY bar a plus. * Candidates with 4 to 8 years’ labor and employment litigation experience is preferred but not required. Litigation experience is required. * Ability to integrate into a fast-team-oriented environment. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and employees of the firm.
