* Drafting pleadings, substantive legal position letters and discovery;
* Representing clients in mediations, court proceedings and other administrative hearings; Substantial collaboration with internal attorneys and staff to manage significant caseload.
Excellent writing skills, an ability to handle a high volume of case files, and a commitment to providing superior legal service are basic qualifications. Compensation packages are commensurate with experience and include bonus structure and benefits (health benefits, 401(k)).
*Candidates with 4 to 8 years’ labor and employment litigation experience is preferred but not required. Litigation experience is required.
