Proficiency in discovery management, brief writing, and motion practice. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. High level of professionalism and confidentiality. Proficient in legal research and writing. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have the ability to work independently.
