We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience to join our team at the West Palm Beach office. While experience in personal injury is helpful, it is not necessary as we will provide training.
You will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid schedule after 90 days.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate presuit claims and communicate with clients.
- Respond to demands and draft responses to discovery.
- Assist with and take depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
- Develop trial skills and participate in second-chair trials.
- Prepare legal research and draft motions.
- Prior litigation experience, particularly in insurance defense, personal injury, bad faith, and catastrophic injury, is preferred but not required.
- Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy.
- Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing, required.
- Stellar academic credentials.
- A drive for success and a client-centric approach.
- Organizational mastery and ability to communicate effectively.
