Responsibilities:

- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience, civil and commercial litigation, family law experience a plus.
- Trial experience a must.
- Current member of Florida Bar in good standing.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent and effective communication skills.
