We're seeking a General Construction Superintendent to oversee luxury home construction projects from start to finish - someone who can lead teams, communicate with clients, and deliver results with precision, professionalism, and pride. Responsibilities: Lead field operations for custom residential construction projects. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and production while ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Manage 1-6 projects at a time, ranging from $5K-$40K remodels to $3M-$10M luxury builds. Supervise and mentor field crews (2-10 team members), subcontractors, and vendors. Maintain strong client relationships - communication, presentation, and professionalism are key. Provide pricing support, assist with bids, and ensure material and labor efficiency. Solve jobsite challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Uphold exceptional craftsmanship standards and ensure safety and compliance across all job sites. Requirements/Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent, Project Manager, or Lead Foreman in residential construction. Experience in custom homes, remodels, additions, or luxury residential builds. Strong communicator and presenter, capable of representing the company to high-end clients and long-term partners. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while staying organized and detail-focused. Team player with strong leadership, people skills, and a client-first mindset. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in real time on active job sites. Territory & Schedule Project locations include La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, San Diego & South County.
