With a focus on Department of Defense projects and large-scale public-sector work, this firm has a strong presence across Southern California and beyond.🔨 Key ResponsibilitiesManage all on-site construction activities and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with safety, quality, schedule, and budget goalsCoordinate with project managers, clients, engineers, and inspectorsConduct daily reports, schedule updates, and ensure progress milestones are metLead OAC meetings, inspections, and manage field issue resolution✅ Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on mid- to large-scale construction projects4+ years of prior trade or fieldwork in constructionBackground in military, federal, or fast-paced commercial construction preferredHigh school diploma or GED required; college coursework in construction management preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling or construction software (Primavera, Viewpoint, BIM, etc.) is a plusCurrent or obtainable certifications: OSHA 30, EM 385, STS, CPR/First AidSpanish-English bilingual and LEED credentials are a plus
