About the Role The Resident Services Director is responsible for creating an exceptional, hospitality-driven resident experience. This role oversees front desk and transportation operations, leads the Ambassador Program, manages move-ins and move-outs, and acts as the primary liaison between residents, families, staff, and outside vendors. Maintain high service standards, provide coaching, and lead staff performance development. Oversee resident communication, ensuring warm, timely, and solution-focused interactions. Manage move-ins, move-outs, and resident transfers while tracking trends to improve retention. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, appointments, and community needs. Lead the communitys Ambassador Program, including meetings, welcoming new residents, and hosting bi-monthly welcome luncheons. Maintain accurate logs, emergency communication procedures, and documentation. Support administrative tasks, events, and cross-department collaboration. Identify and implement process improvements to elevate professionalism and service workflows. What Were Looking For Strong leadership and team management experience. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure. Professional, dependable, and committed to creating a positive resident experience. Previous senior living, home health or hospice experience, hospitality, or customer-facing leadership experience is a plus.
