Maintenance Director Full-Time No Weekends Ability to get Paid Daily Complete Care at Glendale West is a pillar in the community of Glendale, Wisconsin. Currently we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Complete Care at Glendale West in Glendale, Wisconsin. As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our facility, ensuring that our residents live in a safe and comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations, including repairs, renovations, and upkeep of the facility Manage and supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing training and guidance as needed Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets in collaboration with management Inspect the facility regularly to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met, and that the facility remains safe and well-maintained Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements Requirements: Experience in maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff Ability to lifts 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time High school diploma or equivalent required.
